Submissions

Potential authors must first submit an abstract for all submission types (papers, AIR presentations, posters/software demonstrations, panel presentations, and nifty assignments). Authors will be notified of accepted abstracts on approximately February 5, 2010. Authors must then prepare the final submission for publication in the online proceedings using the following guidelines:

• Formatting guidelines
• LaTEX template
• Sample paper

Abstracts

• Deadline: January 25, 2010
• Indicate type of submission (paper, AIR, poster/demonstration, panel, nifty assignment)
• 300-500 word abstract/description
• Do not include any information in the abstract itself that identifies the authors

Final Submissions

• Deadline: March 19th, 2010
• Papers, AIR Presentations, Nifty Assignments: prepare final submissions (20 pages maximum) in PDF format.
• Posters, Software Demonstrations, Panels: prepare a 2-3 page abstract in PDF format.
• Submit a signed paper copy of the Copyright permission form by April 10th, 2010.

If you do not already have an EasyChair account , you must create one. Please indicate the type of submission or participation (student paper, faculty paper, AIR, panel, poster/software demonstration, nifty assignment) in the group section of the submission page.
